Uralvagonzavod and Bombardier to set up new tram plant

Russian manufacturer Uralvagonzavod  and Bombardier sign a letter of intent to establish a joint venture to manufacture trams.
The company will be based in Ekaterinburg and will be established on a parity basis by both companies, said Oleg Siyenko, the general manager of the corporation.
