Eurostar heads to new destinations
Eurostar wants to serve ten new destinations in Europe this competing air companies on these new routes, declared the general manager of the company, Nicolas Petrovic.
By 2016-2017, Eurostar will be capable to serve Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Koln, Lyon, Marseille and Geneva. Last year, Eurostar, owned by SNCF (55%), London Continental Railways (40%) and SNCB (5%), had a 6% increase in turnover, to GBP 803 Million (EUR 1 Billion) and a net profit of GBP 20.8 Million (EUR 26 Million).
