Brussels: increased measures for tram network security

To improve the tram network security in Brussels, the Board of STIB has validated several measures among which more training days for the tram drivers from 27 to 33 and the launch of regular campaigns for raising the awareness of the drivers and tram drivers.
Moreover, the company will improve the infrastructure management to eliminate the risk of accidents and will elaborate a study regarding the inherent risks of operating the tram network.
