Latvia: CAF and PV to fine rolling stock delivery contract

Spanish developer CAF and Latvian railway company Pasazieru Vilciens (PV) have reached an agreement following negotiations to amend the rolling stock supply agreement recently signed by the two parties.
A work group was set up to begin works as soon as possible.
CAF received from PV the officially-approved new version of the contract on June 11.
PV ordered 34 electric trains and 7 diesel trains from CAF.
