Four offers for the extension of Thessaloniki Metro

Four groups submitted financial and technical offers for a EUR 518-Million project to extend a metro line in Thessaloniki, Attiko Metro said.
A venture comprising AEGEK SA and Impregilo SpA, Seli SpA and Ansaldo STS SpA, and a group including TERNA SA, Alpine Bau GmbH and FCC Construccion SA submitted bids, as well as J&P-AVAX SA, Ghella SpA and France’s Alstom Transport SA.  Aktor SA made an offer on its own. The line will be extended by five new stations and almost 5 kilometre and the winner will be announced by the end of the year.
